Terms and Policies

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $20.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit may be remitted via Cash App cash.me/$MoniCoates

Any appointment that is booked without the $20.00 deposit will not be considered and will be cancelled. This $20.00 deposit will be applied towards your service and deducted from your remaining balance. You are allowed one (1) advanced notice (24 hours or before) reschedule per deposit/pre-payment with-in 14 days of the original appointment date.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for 5 minutes. After this grace period, a $10 late fee will be applied. NO exceptions. After 15 minutes it is considered a "NO SHOW" and the appointment time may be canceled. If time permits, Moni The Brand may still perform the service, only as courtesy and at her sole discretion, but please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and a lesser timed service may be performed. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed. If you wish to rebook you may be required to pay an additional charge.

Cancellation

Moni The Brand strictly and without exception requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. In accordance with this policy, all "no shows" and "last minute cancellations" will be charged half/ full of the scheduled service price. All pre-payments are non-refundable. This also applies to same day appointments.

Children and Guests

Moni The Brand's services are reserved for the client that scheduled the booking. For this reason and to ensure the safety of others, no children are permitted to attend your appointment unless being serviced. In addition, no extra guests (including but not limited to friends, spouses, siblings, etc) are permitted to attend your appointment. If you and a friend are both being serviced and wish to accompany one another to your appointment, please specify this at the time of booking. You should also book consecutive appointment times.

Refusals

Moni The Brand reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to the aforementioned shop policies.

Acknowledgments

Moni The Brand does not work over nor soak off other nail shop’s or tech’s acrylic. A full set is required to book and come in free of product.

All Prices are based on Length

In the event you come with acrylic (not mine) , to your appointment a fill will be done and charged an additional fee {$10+} or you will be asked to reschedule.
